Junk Food

See, now I am Obese.  So because I have not been exercising. and there is processed food otherwise known  as Junk Food.  The question I have is why do we like to eat processed food when we are young? Questions-Comments? Let's see.  Fruit is better for you. Go up to twelve servings of fruit a day.  it's better to not eat meat.  When you destroy an animal for food you have committed a sin.  I don;t care what you say to it after you have impaled it with, you are still committing a sin by killing the animal. animals are nice and i won;t eat them. its' impure.  you must purify to the max.

Of ye of little faith. if the word faith bothers you then find something else that means faith.  Maybe you're particular mother tongue gravitates toward another word. Becoming spiritual is not as hard it seems.  Increase your faith.  Pray, LAV, Meditiate, Chant. Think good thoughts.  when you increase your desire or deisres then you suffer more.  Increasing desires is like adding weight to your load, you have to do a whole lot more rather then just being spiritual.  if you increase your desire level you will eventually just increase your materialistic ways. The point is to become a pure luminous being.
