The man and the Visitor, Part 3

So the man sat there holding an unlit cigar for a very long time. In this case, of course, no time had passed. Nothing had been said. The visitor sat watching the whole room and listening to the telly. The man, well, he dropped into a deep state of easiness. The visitor began to meditate. He had opened his mind to the possibilities. For the visitor new why he was there. He stared back at his shoes sitting by the door way and thought, "maybe the visitor is at the wrong place. wait a minute, how can this place be the wrong place. I know, it's the wrong time. No." The visitor checked his watch: 8:35 PM. "We have 55 minutes until liftoff", the visitor thought.
At this point the man sitting on the strato-lounger had drifted into a deep sleep as he held the cigar in his right hand and the fancy zippo lighter in his other hand. The lighter had an engraving on that read "Luck is when preparation meets opportunity". The man seemed to be frozen. Yet inside his mind he was subtly aware of the visitors presence. The meditation continued for the visitor. At this moment his eyes were half opened, and he was making observations as to what thoughts entered his realm of consciousness. He thought, "the man will ask me why is the sky blue. If he has had more than two drinks I will tell him about certain gases in the atmosphere giving off certain lights, else I will tell him that is the way some kids wanted it. If he has not slurred his speech I will tell him of Pelito Jay's wish for a green sky. PJ taught the visitor. The boy who wandered the earth for 1200 years.
