Mutual Today Part Deux

So the first "Mutual Today" post was about fear.  So lately I have been thinking less.  When I think less I generally do more.  When I do more, the little, smart voice inside me sparks me with inspiration.  This time the smart little voice said,  I heard it say, "You live in fear".  Surely this has had some thought come to surface to my waking mind from the abyss of my sub conscious.  So I started with mini mantras of sayings, like "What is there to fear", and "Why should I live in fear" Upon further reflection I guess these are not so great mantras but more like springboards to sayings to be aware of like "there is nothing to be afraid of".  A great classic line in any circumstance. Thinking back,  Fear is a misnomer.  Any thoughts?

so I leave you with this today:

Paul Atreides litany against fear goes something like this:

"I must not fear.
Fear is the mind-killer.
Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration.
I will face my fear.
I will permit it to pass over me and through me.
And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path.
Where the fear has gone there will be nothing......Only I will remain."
